About Megan Atkinson
Associate Megan Atkinson represents public entities in labor and employment law matters and provides clients with employment litigation services. In addition to counseling public safety clients on a variety of employment law matters, Atkinson also assists throughout the disciplinary process, from the initiation of an investigation through termination. She also litigates in both state and federal court and has experience from pre-litigation through trial.

Associate Alysha Stein-Manes provides counsel to clients in labor, employment, and education law matters. She primarily works as a litigator, representing public agencies and non-profit educational institutions at all levels of the litigation process in state and federal court. Stein-Manes has litigated cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the employment context; due process; right-to-work and union fee issues; student and employee disability interactive process and accommodations issues; and the Public Employees’ Retirement Law.
