Cynthia Weldon
Director of Marketing and Training
As Director of Marketing and Training, Cynthia manages the firm’s extensive training program, which includes our state-wide Employment Relations Consortiums, customized workshops, conference participation and workbook sales. She is also responsible for the firm’s website, www.lcwlegal.com, marketing material and newsletter production.
As a member of the management staff, Cynthia contributes to LCW’s long and short-range strategic plans. Since joining the firm in 1998, she has helped grow ERC participation to 800 public sector and nonprofit organizations, assisted in the development of the firm’s internal orientation process and established the annual LCW Employment Law Conference.
Before joining the firm, Cynthia worked in community outreach for a southern California hospital and prior to that was an Assistant Dean of Students for Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio.
Professional and Community Involvement
Cynthia is active in professional associations including the Association of Legal Administrators and Legal Marketing Association. Her community involvement includes serving as an officer in P.E.O., a philanthropic educational organization dedicated to helping woman pursue higher education, and is active in her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop serving as the Troop’s Cookie Chair.

Cynthia became a Certified Legal Manager in 2020.
