Kim Robinson

As Director of Human Resources, Kim manages the day to day human resources affairs of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore, including recruitment, personnel management, and employee compensation and benefits. In her role, Kim provides guidance on all issues pertaining to LCW employees. Kim’s focus currently lies on standardizing LCW processes across all five of our offices, as well as implementing new firm HR policies and procedures to strengthen the LCW employee experience.

Prior to joining LCW, Kim served as the Vice President of HR and Administration for Child360, a nonprofit agency specializing in early childhood education. Before joining Child360, Kim worked for a national law firm as the HR Manager; and prior to that, she served as the HR Administrator for an international law firm for over 15 years.

Kim earned her Master of Jurisprudence, with a specialization in Labor and Employment Law, from Tulane Law School.

Professional and Community Involvement

Kim currently serves as the President-Elect on the Board of Directors for the Greater Los Angeles Area of Legal Administrators in addition to being a contributing member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society of Human Resources Management, and the Professionals in Human Resources Association.
