Compensation & Labor Relations Analyst

We are looking for an individual passionate about analytics, labor relations, compensation, and research to join our growing Labor Relations practice group.  The Compensation & Labor Relations Analyst will assist our labor relations attorneys and negotiators across the state by gathering, analyzing, and reporting compensation benchmark data; conduct independent research from market-based compensation surveys; and create and manage a statewide database on base salary and other elements of compensation.
