Our wage and hour audit can services involve a comprehensive or tailored examination of aspects of an organization’s wage and hour compliance, such as meal and rest break policies, independent contract classifications, overtime compliance, and exempt versus non-exempt classification issues. The wage and hour audit process aims to help an organization achieve compliance, by providing practical recommendations and solutions.
The California Fair Pay Act prohibits pay differentials on the basis of gender and race and applies to nonprofit employers.
