LOS ANGELES (March 18, 2021) – Liebert Cassidy Whitmore (LCW) is pleased to announce that Jenny-Anne Flores began her role as Litigation Manager in the Los Angeles office, effective March 15, 2021. Jenny-Anne was previously a litigator in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she provided representation and legal counsel to LCW’s public agency clients, including those in public safety and education.

Jenny-Anne has more than a decade of experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, settlement/mediation, arbitration, administrative hearings, trials, and appeals. She is a graduate of Southwestern Law School and served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable David O. Carter in the U.S. District Court, Central District and Editor-in-Chief of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. She received her BA from the University of California, Irvine.

“I am excited to take on the Litigation Manager role at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore. Over the past four years, I’ve had a chance to serve LCW clients in the areas of labor and employment, litigation and workplace investigations while working alongside a dynamic team of attorneys and staff,” said Jenny-Anne on assuming her new position. “The clients I have had the opportunity to represent and provide counsel combined with my experience as a litigator and sound mentorship and advice from retiring Litigation Manager Ruth Graf-Urasaki will aid me tremendously in this transition.”

As Litigation Manager, Jenny-Anne will work closely with the Litigation Practice Group to enhance and innovate the firm’s litigation practice. She will support the firm’s litigators and litigation clients by providing strategic oversight and ensuring the highest quality control of litigation matters; identifying cutting-edge litigation technology; liaising with insurance joint powers authorities and insurance companies; overseeing litigation case budgets; developing litigators through trial advocacy and litigation skill training; and sourcing key litigation resources such as expert witnesses, mediators, arbitrators and jury consultants.

“We are thrilled that Jenny-Anne is assuming this role and using her vast litigation experience and knowledge to support Liebert Cassidy Whitmore and our attorneys,” said LCW Partner and Litigation Practice Group Chair Brian Walter. “She has excelled as a litigator at our firm and we have no doubt that she will build on the accomplishments of her successor, Ruth, and continue to make great strides for LCW and our clients.”

Jenny-Anne assumes the position from retiring Litigation Manager Ruth Graf-Uraski. The firm salutes Ruth on this remarkable milestone and thanks her for her enormous contributions to the firm throughout her career as both a litigator and as the firm’s first Litigation Manager. We welcome Jenny-Anne to the position and look forward to her contributions, not only in our Litigation practice, but as a member of the firm’s management team where she will contribute to LCW’s long- and short-range strategic plans.
