LOS ANGELES (July 19, 2022)- Liebert Cassidy Whitmore (LCW) is pleased to announce that Kim Robinson has joined the management team as our Director of Human Resources, effective June 27. Kim has extensive HR experience, actively working in the field for over 32 years. She comes to LCW after serving as the Vice-President of Human Resources and Administration for Child360 (formerly LAUP), a non-profit organization. Prior to her time at Child360, Kim acted as the Manager of HR and Administration at a national law firm for 5 years and the HR Administrator for an international law firm for over 15 years, respectively.
“I am beyond excited to be a part of the dynamic LCW team,” said Kim on assuming her new position, “I look forward to lending my years of HR experience by introducing ideas on how to strengthen our HR efforts with improved efficiencies. My hope is to make a positive impact in changing the narrative of HR by perfecting employee engagement and creating the ultimate LCW employee experience.”
Kim also brings significant experience working on executive leadership teams, organizing and executing strategic direction and guidance for organizational human resource initiatives, overseeing, updating and managing organizational compliance and regulatory documentation, and organizing an employee high-performance culture.

Kim currently serves as the President-Elect on the Board of Directors for the Greater Los Angeles Area of Legal Administrators in addition to being a contributing member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society of Human Resources Management, and the Professionals in Human Resources Association.
Kim earned her Master of Jurisprudence, with a specialization in Labor and Employment Law, from Tulane Law School.
