Brian Dierzé
Brian R. Dierzé is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore where he advises clients on all aspects of labor and employment law. Brian is skilled in contract review and in-depth research into legal and legislative issues. He regularly provides guidance to LCW public sector clients, including both public safety and public education clients (K-12 through higher education). Brian is also experienced in law and motion practice and regularly provides assistance in client disciplinary matters.
Brian works to ensure that the Liebert Model Personnel Policies, a set of model policies for public agencies, is kept updated and regularly assists clients with the review and revision of their personnel policies.
Brian previously served as a Legislative Intern to Congressman Matt Cartwright and interned at law firms specializing in civil and criminal litigation, real estate, and business and professional licensing. While at the UCLA School of Law, Brian volunteered for The Immigration Clinic and was the financial director of El Centro Legal. Prior to his tenure at LCW, Brian interpreted legal language on behalf of a Boston-area financial institution and worked closely with the institution’s General Legal Counsel.
