Cara Strike is an Associate Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore. Cara specializes in matters concerning public agency employment and education law, and has experience litigating harassment and discrimination matters.

Prior to joining LCW, Cara worked as a Staff Attorney at a legal aid organization in Chicago where she managed a large volume of civil litigation matters, including employment law issues. She also worked at a state university where she helped shape the university’s response to incidents of harassment.

Cara obtained her J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law where she was awarded second best brief in the Van Oosterhout Baskerville Domestic Competition. During her time at the University of Iowa, Cara worked in the Civil & Employment Legal Clinic, and served as an Articles Editor for the legal journal Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems.
