Dana Burch represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation.  An experienced litigator, Dana is well versed in all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, law and motion, settlement negotiations, trials, and appeals. Dana deftly defends key expert witnesses in high-risk cases and is a keen legal researcher and writer. She also has expertise in assessing verdict valuations and developing sophisticated trial themes.

Prior to her time at LCW, Dana was a partner at Northern California law firms that specialize in defending against asbestos, toxic tort, premises liability and product liability claims. She served as the national coordinating counsel for a client with more than 500 active cases in various jurisdictions and supervised a team of nearly 20 attorneys. Dana has received recognition from The American Registry as America’s Most Honored Professionals – Top 1% and received Martindale-Hubbell AV’s Preeminent Rating for the Judicial Edition.
