Tyler B. Shill

Tyler Shill is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Liebert Cassidy Whitmore where he represents a variety of educational intuitions including school districts, county offices of education, community college districts, universities, and private schools—on labor and employment and education law matters. He counsels clients on a variety of employment issues including Cal/OSHA employer requirements; employee performance, evaluations and investigations; and discrimination and harassment matters. Tyler is an experienced litigator and has experience conducting depositions, developing comprehensive legal memoranda and briefs, and providing clients superior legal research and analysis.
Prior to joining LCW, Tyler worked at a Northern California law firm that focuses on wide-ranging clients and areas of law, including employment, labor, education, general business and business litigation law. He also served as a legal clerk/extern and judicial extern for the Oakland Unified School District, Office of the General Counsel; the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, Office of Legal Affairs; and the San Luis Obispo Superior County Court under the Hon. Judge C. Crandall.
